sdnotes.com is a very nice micro-site. No need to create an account. There are almost no features, which is maybe the right amount. You create posts and it lists them chronologically.
You can type anything at the / to create a url. Here's my page:
To protect a page, you can optionally add a
password. Sites die after 30 days of inactivity.
some html is allowed, for instance <img> tags.
